Your role

Are you interested in Core Banking Processes and how Technology is levelling them up? Are you a Tech Person and interested in helping the team to develop and deploy AI in production?

We are looking for someone like that to:

  • document business requirements and translating those into technical specifications
  • design target solution and develop technical prototypes
  • develop software following Agile framework
  • learn new technologies and support awareness sessions across teams

Your team

You’ll be working in the Automation and AI delivery team in Switzerland - the team is part of GOTO COO Cross Divisional Operations. The team is responsible for identifying and implementing Automation and AI solutions to support global cross divisional Ops service delivery teams in executing their day-to-day business more efficiently and smartly.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months, preferably in a MINT topic.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • experience with programming language (Python, SQL)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style and excellent interpersonal
  • fluency in English
